Lead Estate LLC trading as Business Finance Check AU (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1.Who we are.
We are a referral service connecting Australian business owners with private lenders and specialist finance partners. We are not a lender and do not give credit advice.
2.What we collect.
Your name, mobile number, email address, business name, ABN, time trading, monthly turnover, whether you own property, the amount and purpose of finance you need, details you share about ATO debt or credit history, and anything else you choose to tell us. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and advertising data from cookies and pixels (including Meta and Google).
3.How we collect it.
Directly from you through our quiz, forms, phone calls and messages, and automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
4.Why we collect it.
To check whether a lender or finance partner may be able to help you; to pass your details to them so they can contact you; to contact you by phone, SMS and email about your enquiry; to improve our website and measure our advertising; and to meet our legal obligations.
5.Who we share it with.
Private lenders and specialist finance partners in our network, who may use it to assess your application. Service providers we use to run our business, such as CRM, SMS, email and hosting platforms. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States; we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it. We do not sell your personal information.
6.Marketing and contact.
By submitting your details you consent to us and our partners contacting you about your enquiry by phone, SMS and email. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us.
7.Cookies.
We use cookies and pixels to run the site and measure our ads. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work properly.
8.Security.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online service is completely secure.
9.Access and correction.
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing contacts@vicolize.com.
10.Complaints.
Email contacts@vicolize.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
