These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Lead Estate LLC trading as Business Finance Check AU (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.
1.Our service.
We are a referral service. We connect Australian business owners with private lenders and specialist finance partners. We are not a lender or credit provider, we do not approve finance, and we do not give credit, financial, tax or legal advice.
2.Business purpose only.
This site is for finance that is wholly or predominantly for business purposes. It is not for personal, domestic or household finance.
3.No guarantee of finance.
Completing our quiz does not mean you will be offered or approved for finance. All finance is subject to the lender's own assessment, criteria and approval.
4.Timeframes.
Timeframes on this site, including a call within 24 hours and lender decisions in 24 to 48 hours, are typical targets and not guarantees. They depend on the lender, your circumstances and your documents.
5.Your information.
You confirm that the information you give us is true, complete and yours to give. You consent to us passing it to lenders and finance partners as described in our Privacy Policy, and to being contacted by phone, SMS and email about your enquiry.
6.Fees.
Using this site is free. Lenders and finance partners may charge fees, which they must disclose to you before you proceed.
7.Third parties.
We are not responsible for the products, decisions or conduct of lenders or finance partners you are connected with. Any agreement you enter is between you and them.
8.Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any finance outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9.Intellectual property.
The content and design of this site belong to us and may not be copied without our permission.
10.Changes.
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page.
11.Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of {{STATE}}, Australia.
